Students must bring their authorization to test (ATT) letter, valid government-issued photo identification with signature, and a second form of identification with signature. I.D that is cracked, torn or tampered with will not be accepted and you may not be admitted to test. If you fail to bring all of the required documents listed on your testing appointment email, you will not be allowed to test. You should arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled test appointment. Clinical skills testing attire is flat, non-skid closed toed shoes, scrubs and a watch with a secondhand. The State test fee is non-refundable and you will need to reschedule a test date and resubmit a State test exam fee in order to take the nurse aide competency evaluation exam.
